15 Day Money-Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.Β 

We give you a 15 day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the goods. Please email us at orders@thesensitivetype.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.Β 

Please note that if the product does not taste very nice on your bagel or english muffin, this will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.

In instances where you return the product/s (and yes sadly they will need to be returned), customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Please note that you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. The Sensitive Type Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will replace your order free of charge. Please reach out to our team with a picture of the product within 15 days of receiving the goods, and email it to our team at orders@thesensitivetype.comΒ
